At Thryve HQ, we strive to deliver high-quality branding, web design, and business consulting services to startups, contractors, and entrepreneurs. Your satisfaction is important to us, and our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent.
1. Service-Based Refunds
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not offered once work has begun or a service has been delivered. However, we understand that each situation is unique and will evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • You cancel a service before any work has started.

  • You are unsatisfied with the initial consultation and no work has been delivered.

  • A project cannot be completed due to our inability to fulfill the service (e.g., technical issue or unforeseen delay from our side).

3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Completed services (branding, web design, business coaching, or consulting)

  • Missed scheduled consultations or coaching sessions

  • Delays caused by client-side inaction or lack of communication

  • Third-party expenses (e.g., domain names, hosting, ad budgets, software tools)

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at [hello@thethryvehq.com] with your name, service purchased, date of purchase, and reason for the request. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase or agreement date.
5. Dispute Resolution
If a refund request cannot be resolved mutually, both parties agree to mediate in good faith before pursuing any further action.
